Staff were there to greet me enthusiastically. The room was simple, but good. It was a noisy area, but it is in old Havana. What should I expect. The staff were very helpful, but with one staff a bit too much. Overall, if you want noisy, vibrant, busy old Havana, I would recommend it.

  Four of us stayed here after trekking for a week in the mountains. It is well located, comfortable, with air condition and easy access to the old town etc.
<br... read more /> The hotel is full of interesting artefacts, vintage items and paintings to enjoy, it has a great balacony to allow you to absorb the atmosphere (and spot cars), the staff are delightful, they really could not do more to help.

Our one piece of general advice would be to make sure you bring lots of cash with you to Cuba! The exchange rate at the ATM here is so bad that you’ll end up paying 4x the price for everything!! More
