The staff were great and on arrival asked me what I would like to see or do during my trip and then made all the arrangements for me. They made some excellent recommendations- which turned out to be some of my best moments in Cuba. My suite was just stunning- the balconies, the bathroom, the chandeliers! In the hotel there's also a bar, open whenever you want and a rooftop terrace where you can have a romantic dinner or a drink. However this hotel's biggest asset is it's staff. They are lovely people who will go above and beyond to make your experience even better. From freshly prepared 4 course breakfast, served on the balcony to making teapots of mojito to teaching you salsa on the rooftop. They will make sure your stay is comfortable and fun.
