The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting in booking tours and trips, arranging airport pick up as well as giving recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. They helped us get access to local free Wi-Fi and were always around to answer our questions. Every morning started with fresh cooked breakfast with juice, coffee and local produce, absolutely delicious. The room was incredibly clean with a beautiful view from the balcony onto the street bellow.
Would recommend to anyone travelling or planning a holiday in Havana!

Breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh coffee. The staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. They organised a classic car tour for us which was excellent and taxis to restaurants and the airport.
