Breakfast was plentiful with lots of fresh coffee. The staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. They organised a classic car tour for us which was excellent and taxis to restaurants and the airport. The staff were great and on arrival asked me what I would like to see or do during my trip and then made all the arrangements for me. They made some excellent recommendations- which turned out to be some of my best moments in Cuba. My suite was just stunning- the balconies, the bathroom, the chandeliers!
