The staff were great and on arrival asked me what I would like to see or do during my trip and then made all the arrangements for me. They made some excellent recommendations- which turned out to be some of my best moments in Cuba. My suite was just stunning- the balconies, the bathroom, the chandeliers! They are very helpful and good to talk to. It was very fun when staying at the hotel. The Hostal has a very central location in Old Habana to get to the most important sights in walking distance.
